1. General Policy
All purchases made through Quickly Message are non-refundable. By subscribing to our service or purchasing any plan, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are final, and no refunds will be issued for partial usage, unused credits, or time remaining in your billing cycle.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Accidental duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Technical failures: If a system-wide failure on our end prevented you from using the service for a significant period.
- Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made to your account without your consent and you notify us within 7 days.

3. Trial Periods
If your plan includes a free trial, you are encouraged to use this time to evaluate whether the service meets your needs. Refunds will not be issued for plans that were canceled after the trial period ends.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in immediate suspension of your account. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide supporting evidence of your transaction and agreement to these terms.
5. Custom or Agency Plans
If you are on a custom or agency plan with a signed agreement, your refund rights will be governed by the terms of that agreement. This policy may not apply.
